The “Community Fair” has been running for over 9 years and unlike many other festivals, this event has its unique character; it builds on its previous successes in pulling people together – helping to achieve community cohesion, social inclusion and an appreciation of diversity that exists in Tower Hamlets.
The main aim of this event encapsulated into the following 4 objectives:
• Raise profile and awareness of the businesses and organisation;
• Celebrate culture, art and diversity without compromising any fun and excitement;
• Develop effective partnerships with various voluntary organisations and local businesses;
• Enhance community cohesion
